When me and my spouse first moved in the apartment was not ready to be moved into. Nothing was properly done cleaning was horrible. I also have pictures of everything when We first moved in. The communication is horrible here we put in work orders in we have people doing half of there job I have pictures of before and after there was no difference. Everytime I try and ask about a resolution there is poor communication.

These apartments have been recently rennovated, so I should not have had a many maintenance issues that I did. On top of that, the issues were not handled properly. As I write this review, I sent in a maintenance request on Thursday Evening for a Urgent and recurring HVAC issue.

Here you’ll find three shopping centers within 0.8 mile. There are also five parks within 11.3 miles, including River Legacy Living Science Center, River Legacy Parks, and UT Arlington Planetarium. It is generally quiet, though my old upstairs neighbor and her dog liked to stomp around the apartment at 1 or 2am most nights. The complex is pretty clean and I feel safe there. The size of the apartment for the money is a little much, but that is rent these days.
Find the place where you’ll thrive at The Venue. Great location, well designed floor plans and complex layout, good scenery, overall nice amenities, and I'm sure the updated units look great. Poor maintenance staff and high management turnover. The front gate doesn’t work & they won’t tell you this before you sign the lease. The fitness center is never locked, homeless people walk into the complex and leave trash around. You won’t receive most of your packages here they’ll either be lost from the office misplacing them or stolen.

I've called numerous times and they tell me someone will be out that day or they will call me back but neither of those things happen. The only reason why I signed a second lease was because I was 7 months pregnant at the time. They also didn't renew my lease on time.

It ended in January 2022 and I kept calling and emailing them regarding it with no response. I fricken hate this place and can't wait to leave!!! And I got a carpet cleaner because I have a cleaning business and tested it out on the carpets and they carpets were BLACK! I had seen them clean the apartment next to me when the people moved out. I have also found bed bugs in the apartment on my curtains near the window. I have mattress protectors on all of our beds but in the lease there's a whole section regarding bed bugs.

This is the second year in a row the AC in the unit above #3015 has leaked into my apartment. Each time I must dry out the HVAC area for several days to attempt to avoid mold. There are plenty of amenities for everyone. The layout of the apartment complex is really nice and somewhat private. They work good as a team and was able to get me into an apartment gracefully in a short period of time. Firstly, the Verandahs is a great place to live from the amenities to the view, but the 5 stars is because of the leasing agents.
Keisha made sure that she was accessible if needed and still is. I had a great experience here getting an apartment. He was very helpful in every aspect of our process of getting this apartment. We were struggling to find one that had available rooms and that allowed 3 Labrador retrievers. They were able to work it out with me since one of my dogs was a service animal for me. I’ve been living here 2 years no big issues until today. I walked outside this morning to get in my car and noticed it wasn’t in the parking lot. I didn’t think anyone stole it because there’s nicer cars in the parking lot than mine.
